The concept of mental hygiene includes all activities that seek to create an environment where there is the prevention of inappropriate behavior, the preservation and development of psychological adjustment, and the alleviation of maladjustment.
Here I try to contribute my grain of sand with good mental hygiene practices that I am finding, which I believe can help us all to be more in balance with ourselves and with our environment.
