Isabel Mellén: false conceptions about the “lusts” of Romanesque capitals, fertility goddesses and snakes.

I just discovered a wonderful popularizer: Isabel Mellen, philosopher and art historian. Her Twitter account is worth reading, what a wonder to listen to and read her! @IsaMellen

I discovered it through her thread about the false ideas we have about "lusts," those naked women whose breasts are hung by a snake (or a frog) on many Romanesque capitals. Highly recommended, and with many surprises.

Brilliant!

I hope it has taken advantage of you.
Good afternoon!

Stories are everywhere, they surround us. In the end, we all become stories.
